Confirmation: If you decide to proceed with the booking we would ask that written confirmation of the hire be submitted by fax or email. In the case of company / charity / any other organisation bookings this should be on headed notepaper, and if appropriate should have a purchase order number. Pro Forma invoices can be generated if required.

Payment: We will generally require full payment upon collection, unless otherwise arranged.

Collection: By arrangement from our London premises. If the projector is to be used with a laptop we ask that customers bring the laptop to ensure correct configuration for use with the projector. Customers will be demonstrated the key features of the projector if required.

Delivery: Can be arranged within a reasonable area although there will be charge dependant upon distance / hours.

Return: By arrangement to our London Shop.
